There must be something coursing through the South Pacific these days because this Australian music scene just. won’t. quit. Enter: Tigertown, who – alongside The Preatures – are helping to spearhead this incredible Sydney 80’s pop revival that’s just everything to us right now. Their latest single “What You Came Here For” sounds like everything we could ever ask for from Fleetwood Mac and Phil Collins with the modern jolt of HAERTS and the neo-bohemian flavor of Edward Sharpe and those Magnetic Zeros. It’s an impressive double shot of summery nostalgia and the effects are swift and immediate, see for yourself below.
