If you didn’t hear, Savoir Adore frontlady Deidre Muro has been moonlighting as Deidre & The Dark for a minute now, and today she unveils her best offering yet in “Skeleton”. It’s every bit as catchy as the ’60s sway of her earlier singles, but now with bone-chillingly sadistic synths and a blood-pumping bassline Ryan Gosling would kill to drive to. And then front and center there’s Deidre, still lighting it all up with her enchanting angel-pipes. It’s noir psychological thriller soundtrack material at its finest. Keep in mind that this is only a side project, let that sink in, and then dive in below.
