Every now and then a band comes along with a name that perfectly encapsulates their sound, and Ecstasy is one of them. Hailing from London and Hertfordshire, the five-piece took the blogosphere by storm earlier this year, and now they’re on a roll with a brand new EP coming over the horizon. The studio version of debut single “Exhale” is a mollifying dose of deep space shoegaze that combines the exultant vocals of a teen M83 with the raw ebullience of Pains of Being Pure At Heart. The lead single is out today, with a limited vinyl release to follow on December 9th from our friends at National Anthem.
